If you would like to send our products as a gift, please indicate this in the comment field during checkout, along with a personal message if desired. Select the 'ship to a different address' option to provide the recipient's address.

Packaging:

5. Returns

Return Period:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense. Only factory sealed unopened and unused products in their original undamaged condition will be accepted for return.

Return Process:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Shipping

Shipping Method:
We ship with POSTNL and aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after receiving payment. You will receive an email with a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Liability:
OSOSOP is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. In the case of an incorrectly delivered order, the customer can opt to have the order reshipped at standard shipping costs, provided the original package is returned to us unopened and undamaged.

Delivery Times:
